Water Can Carry Useful Energy

Many different technologies appear capable of producing similar changes in water. They may not represent many different forms of energy, but different ways of activating the same underlying energetic property of water.

There have already been sufficient observations to move forward with practical applications. The immediate need is to determine where activated water provides useful benefit and to optimize the application protocol – exposure, placement, duration, timing and other conditions – using objective outcomes.

Existing activating technologies do not need to be redesigned before this work begins. Mechanism can also be investigated in parallel. A working hypothesis is that activation produces a common physical change in water, possibly involving altered hydrogen bonding, that may eventually provide a measurable index of activation.
