Not a Direct Test for KELEA
These assays test whether water samples behave differently under standardized conditions. A positive result does not by itself identify the cause.
1. Gravimetric Volatility
Progressive weight loss from closed but not completely sealed containers is simple, quantitative and integrates behavior over time. Results can be expressed as mass loss per unit water volume per unit time.
2. Oxygen Exchange
Degassing followed by controlled re-exposure to air can measure oxygen equilibration kinetics. Volume, temperature, pressure, agitation, vessel geometry and probe response must be controlled.
3. Surface Tension
Surface tension provides a direct interfacial measurement but is sensitive to contamination and temperature. Clean vessels, standardized sampling and blinded measurement are essential.
4. Temperature and Supporting Measures
Surface temperature, density and other physical measurements can provide supporting evidence. Faster evaporation may produce small evaporative-cooling effects, but temperature alone is unlikely to be decisive.
Standard Comparison
UNTREATED WATER ↔ SHAM ↔ NEW ↔ KIKO-EXPOSED WATER ↔ EXCITED-FLUORITE WATER ↔ OTHER CANDIDATE. Replication across laboratories is more important than any single large effect.
