Why Water Matters

The proposed energy is not restricted to water. Enerceutials™ can include materials, compounds, devices, structures, and processes. Water is important because it appears able to receive, retain, transfer, and deliver energetic activity in a form that is convenient for both investigation and application.

A working physical hypothesis is that activation changes the organization of water, possibly including loosening or lengthening of hydrogen bonding. Reported changes in properties such as surface tension, density, NMR behavior, volatility, and gas exchange provide possible routes toward measurement. A reliable common assay has not yet been established.

The ability to measure the activated state of water could eventually make application development much easier: treatment conditions could be compared with measurable outcomes and protocols optimized accordingly.
